SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Charterhouse Recruitment are proud to be partnering with our client again for their office in York. They are a well-established business who are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team. Our client operates within the telecommunications sectorand they provide a whole host of services to the B2B clients globally.

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:

Salary on offer is between £40k and £44k
Annual bonus equivalent to 10% of the annual salary
Monday to Friday working hours and a 37.5 hour week (flexible hours)

A SNAPSHOT OF THE SALES & MARKETING MANAGER'S DAY:

Drive the Sales & Marketing activity ensuring that online activities are well organised and delivered on time / in budget
Working closely with senior stakeholders to plan and execute effective Sales & Marketing strategies
Manage a small team of Marketing Executives to develop the monthly requirements for digital, content, and paid media campaigns
Measure and evaluate all marketing activities
Working with the wider team to ensure the company websites are optimised (SEO/PPC/Content)
Build relationships with external media sources and contacts
Lead in the development of all marketing collateral for both online, offline and events
CRM management
Working with quality management systems to ensure all processes are adhering to the company / ISO guidelines.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION:

You will have at least 3 years' experience within a Marketing Manager position, ideally with some involvement with working with sales departments
You will have experience in telecoms or similar would be highly desirable
You will have a relevant qualification related to Marketing / Business
You will have proven experience working in a B2B market
You will be a positive leader who is able to manage a small team as well as external partnerships
You will be a confident communicator who is able to present to people at all levels including key stakeholders
You will be computer literate with Windows, Multi Media and knowledge of HTML.
