About the role
Hospital stays can be quite a stressful time for our patients and their loved ones, a simple smile and fantastic service can put a patient at ease and make all the difference

At Sodexo our ward team are vital to making sure that we provide a high-quality service for our patients and visitors.

To provide this great service we have a talented team behind us, and currently have a vacancy for a
Menu Ordering Assistant to join us to assist in the daily ordering of patient's food for next day delivery using a handheld tablet.

A few things about you

Our patients are at the heart of everything we do, so it's important to have a positive, approachable attitude as this is a customer facing role.

You'll need strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork

Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do.

There will be company procedures to follow so good knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH procedures and Food Hygiene Regulation is vital.

Package Description
Flexible days

Flexible shifts between the hours of 10:30am-18:30pm

Part time hours and full time hours can be catered for.

10.37 an hour

AFC contract after 12 weeks

Two routes of public transport available

NHS blue light card can be acquired through this role, with discounts for ASDA and a a variety of other supermarkets
