About the job


This role is required for a strong Project Manager to help with the replacement and upgrade of the train operating displays on the Jubilee/Northern Line.

The role will have responsibility and accountability for delivering the projects to time, budget, scope, and quality in accordance with the definitions agreed with the sponsors.

The role will support the Senior Project Manager/Programme Delivery Manager.

  • Job Title: Project Manager
  • Location: Hybrid/2 days Stratford Office
  • Pay Rate: £388.10 PAYE or £522.95 Umbrella
Contract Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)


Skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Good knowledge and understanding of project control tools and techniques.
  • Experience of working in a complex, multidisciplinary, matrixmanaged environments.
  • Stakeholder Management is required
  • Signalling project, any experience in software, developing, managing contractor and design is desirable
  • Proven record of taking personal responsibility and accountability for delivery of projects to £20m in value, in a large, complex organisation where there are multiple interfaces, and delivering to time, budget and quality.
  • Professional Qualification in Project Management, such as PRINCE2 or APMP.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of project budgeting, procurement processes and contract management
