To provide a reception service, acting as first point of contact on the telephone or face to face, for patients, visitors and other healthcareprofessionals.
To provide an efficient administration and clerical service to unit staff, visitors and patients. To record attendances, arranging follow up appointments using PAS Patient Administration System and keeping all systems up to date.To undertake general office administration duties including filing, using Mediviewer to retrieve medical notes and information, scanning & handling post.
