We recently onboarded a new client, and we are looking to recruit two Sales & Promotions Assistants to join our young, talented and award-winning team in Newcastle.

This is an entry-level role therefore, we aren't seeking any specific experience. However, applicants with experience in customer-facing roles will be at an advantage in this very customer-centric role.

Sales & Promotions Assistant Role:

Customer assistance and acquisitions
Upsell clients' products and services, including the best offer possible
Answering and dealing with all customer enquiries to the best of your ability
Displaying exceptional knowledge of products and services offered as well as competitive offers
Perform various administrative functions as assigned, and work in a very fastpaced environment
Follow all company policies and procedures
Record keeping and data processing on tablets
