Our valued On Road Support Specialists utilise their in-depth knowledge of our products and related processes to support our customers when they are out on hire.

The role

As an On Road Support Specialist, you will provide expert guidance to our customers when they are out on hire.
Be knowledgeable and confident on our inhouse systems; the ability to navigate and accurately update these systems is an essential part of ensuring we do all that we say we will for our customers.
Add real value to customer conversations whilst achieving individual targets and KPI's (including adherence and quality standards).
Ensuring all relevant systems and reporting is kept accurately, including with our partners.
Resolving on road issues in an efficient, seamless manner and making sure clients are made to feel at ease and supported throughout the whole process
Liaising with our internal and external partners to ensure a swift resolution is found to any customer queries.
Investigating, reporting and providing a resolution to customer complaints and compensation claims.
Conduct more complex trouble shooting and resolution of issues.

About you

A genuine passion for going above and beyond for customers is required, along with excellent communication skills, an aptitude for I T packages and inhouse systems.

Attention to detail, resilient, flexible and a passion for working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

You should also demonstrate

Conflict resolution skills
Good data entry and typing skills, paired with knowledge of I.T & Microsoft packages
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service demonstrating business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expected
Resilient and flexible and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic demanding environment
Good attention to detail with excellent planning and organisation skills
Full UK driver's license with more than 2 years driving experience
