Customer Services Specialist

The Role:


We are looking for a Customer Services Specialist to join us on an initial 6 month contract to support with some key customer facing activity.

This role will focus on handling customer queries of a varied nature, support the customer complaints process andmaking outbound calls to customers.

We are looking for a confident communicator who can work from instruction and from their own initiative.

You will be part of a small and friendly team who support each other to ensure our customers get a great service.


Location:

The successful applicant will work in a hybrid role, working remotely from home and in the office (Edinburgh, South Gyle)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing and responding to standard and bespoke customer queries
  • Responding to customer complaints
  • Directly engaging with our customers through outbound calling

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • Previous Customer Services Experience Essential (back and front office)
  • Able to work in a team and alone to meet goals
  • Confident in using your own initiative as well as work from the instruction of others
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Teams, Word & Excel
  • Strong communicator across various mediums
