Work Pattern: 37 hours Thursday to Monday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

This role is Weekend Working
We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our successful New Homes Sales Team.

The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years sales experience working within a developer background; they will be a self starter with a flexible approach to work.

They will need to have the ability work well on both an individual basis and as part of a team, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Our area of operation is throughout the west midlands including, Coventry, Birmingham, Hereford, Worcester, Shropshire and Dudley.

You will liaise with competitors and estate agents on a weekly basis in order to ascertain that your development values are in line with market conditions and competitors.


The role is based on site; you will however be required to work at our Birmingham Office and between sites and also sell shared ownership properties as and when required.

This will include weekend working.


In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Sales Advisor will involve:

  • Undertake market research on a weekly basis to ascertain whether sales values set on a development are competitive with current market conditions, this involves liaising with competitors, estate agents and internet property search engines
  • To achieve sales for the group on both private and shared ownership properties
  • To liaise with sales and site staff on a regular basis to communicate any changes relating to our customers circumstances or requirements
  • To keep up to date with relevant legislation associated with the role
  • Process sales in other areas of the business as and when required during quite periods
  • Ensure websites and marketing material is up to date, advertising current incentives and information relating to your development
  • To arrange customer valuations on site relating to current reservations, to ensure valuers have all information they require to process to survey
  • To work flexible hours when required deemed reasonable, relating to show home launches, the role includes working weekends

As a minimum we need you to have:

  • To have at least 2 years sales experience working within a developer background
  • Must have a knowledge of the new homes industry
  • Must have excellent customer service experience
  • Must have full clean, UK driving license
  • Must have the ability to work on an individual basis and as part of a team
