Description

C C++ Embedded Software Manager £100k.
Expanding powerhouse in Cambridge needs a software manager.

The company employees about 25 people and this is a new position for a hands-on manager to come into run the software team of five engineers.

Happy solving technical problems, coder and comfortable working with customers.


Looking ahead, your role will be to work with customers in planning, proposal development, recruiting and also hands on software development.


The company developed a range of mobile wireless products and the technology stack is C C++ embedded, real time, Linux, wireless protocols and some Cloud computing.


This is an exciting day position with further scope to expand job title and responsibilities as they continue to expand.

Starting salary around 100k.

Self-driven, motivated, ability to use own initiative to take a technical lead. Ability to promote and share technical decisions and choices with the wider business. Can motivate a team through strong leadership and technical competence.

Will also consider team leaders with customers and coding skills looking for step up to a managers role.
