NURSERY COOK

Days/Hours:
Mon-Fri 9.30am-1.30pm. (20 hrs per wk, or 30hrs per wk to include housekeeping)

Location:
Sandringham Nursery, 16 Sandringham Road, Penylan, Cardiff CF23 5BJ located next to Marlborough Road, Infant School

We are a small private daycare nursery caring for children 0-4 yrs old

Role:

preparing nutritious meals following a 3 weekly rotating menu (Lunch eg. pasta bolognaise, chicken curry & rice, macaroni cheese. Afternoon tea eg. sandwiches & slices of fruit

- taking ownership of the kitchen
- setting up and cleaning the children's eating area
- completing paperwork such as cleaning checklist and temperature checks
- housekeeping duties within the nursery to maintain high standards of cleanliness in playrooms and communal areas

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to £11.50 per hour
