South Thames College are now seeking a Senior Curriculum Administrator - someone to oversee the day-to-day administrative work required by the Head of College Administration & Exams, to include supervision and line management of administrative staff.


You will provide support as and when required for members of the senior and management teams of the College, arrange meetings, take minutes, produce documents, proof-read documents and manage diaries.

As Senior Curriculum Administrator, you will also lead on a particular theme or area in relation to the Colleges main provision types (Programme of Study/16-19 year olds and Adult AEB).


This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, can work independently, has a keen attention to detail and who can be a role model to the administrative team.

We would like you to be qualified to Level 3 as a minimum and have some experience of leading a team, able to prioritise own workload as well as supervise the work of others.

With some experience of working in an educational environment, you will have a good understanding of School business processes and how these can be improved to place the learner at the heart of the School work.

You will demonstrate experience of the effective use of cross-college systems in terms of the Student Life Cycle and be familiar with data protection regulations surrounding student data.


Most importantly, the Senior Curriculum Administrator will be able to work flexibly under pressure and ensure administrative deadlines are met.
