Do you have experience with challenging behaviour? Do you have a passion to work with young people and make a difference in their lives?

Working as a Behaviour Support Assistant you will be expected but not limited to:

  • Guide students through work set by the teacher
  • Effectively manage difficult behaviour
  • Keep pupils on track to meet their targets
  • Be creative in your teaching approach
  • Support both KS3+4
