I am currently supporting a well-established, Ofsted outstanding further education organisation based in East of London who are now looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join their dynamic and supportive Human Resources team and support with end-to-end recruitment.

Your open-mindedness and flexibility will help you to collaborate closely with the HR team and internal stakeholders to proactively identify vacancies, target the right audience through effective advertising, and establish robust selection processes.

Your role will ensure thorough screening for all employees, sessional workers, agency workers, contractors, and volunteers.

You will take the lead as the go-to expert for the recruitment activities on (iTrent) and be at the forefront of innovation by being a key player in shaping e-recruitment and Total Rewards initiatives.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. Please note that this is a busy office based role (some flexibility can be discussed if required).

You will require the following experience:

Proven experience of delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions within Education Sector
Good up to date knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment
Experience of interviewing and carrying out prescreening checks
Previous experience of working in a customer focused service
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively and work independently and autonomously
An understanding of and commitment to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults.
