We are seeking an
Admissions Officer to join our friendly and dynamic Admissions Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international company.

About You
Educated to degree level education or equivalent qualification or experience required. Degree or experience in Admissions role, Higher Education or similar (desirable).

You will have previous experience of working in an administrative position for at least 2 years, preferably within an international company.

You will have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills and experience of delivering good customer service, be a team player with a positive attitude.

Knowledge and experience of Microsoft office, Outlook and Salesforce, with the ability to work accurately and effectively to high pressure deadlines.


Your Responsibilities

Admissions Process
The Admissions Officer's involvement in the recruitment process is to support the Head of Admissions in his/her role.

  • Daily checks on new payments and issue of payment receipts
  • Provides active support in the collection of missing Admissions documents before the intake up to 10 weeks after the semester start
  • Participates actively in the scanning of all new student files that are to be attached to the Student Database (SIS)
  • To collaborate with field representatives to arrange campus visits for potential applicants.

Database Management
Effective use of the data management system is essential.

The Admissions Officer will be required to:

  • Register all changes und update status in the CRM (Salesforce) when new evidence is submitted (missing documents, payments, scholarship request, payment plans, special accommodation, meal plans, cancellations, deferrals, transfers)
  • Ensure correct program registration in the Student Database (SIS)
  • Add a remark when applicant has any medical issue or learning disability
  • Add a remark when applicants are offered credit(s) transfer
  • Prepare and send the DTC spreadsheet to Roehampton University Registry to ensure correct program registration in the Roehampton Student Database

Reporting / Statistics

  • When Head of Admissions is absent, prepares periodical reports or upon demand for forecast and operational planning.

Official Registration / Student Arrival Process

  • To assist with Arrivals planning/coordination, including pre arrivals planning and arrivals implementation
  • Participates in welcoming the new students on campus during the official registration/arrival days
  • Participates in the sessions to check upon the authenticity of the student's final academic documents

General

  • Provide support in training new hires/colleagues
  • Required to support with tasks and events as dictated by the changing needs of the campus. Including but not limited to
- invigilating exams, campus tours, supporting Open Days, Summer School, and Graduation.
