Salary:
£38,734 + dependent on experience


What you'll be doing:


  • Collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives are to be mapped against the capabilities that need to be deployed into the programme
  • Act as liaison between a wide range of business stakeholders at various levels and across a wide range of the disciplines ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Requirements Traceability: Ensuring that requirements are in line with strategic programme road maps and that provenance of requirement is maintained
  • Create detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows and use cases
  • Evaluate and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and quality

Your skills and experiences:


Essential:

  • The ability to break down complex problems and analyse data to derive meaningful insights and solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey requirements, findings, and recommendations to various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in identifying issues, evaluating options, and implementing effective solutions to business challenges
  • The ability to build relationships and manage expectations of various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Knowledge and experience in requirement software tools and technologies such as Excel and Business intelligence tools to analyse data and support decisionmaking

This role involves supporting the delivery of an integrated plan to deliver enablement of the programme working across multiple partners and key business functions including IM&T, Export Control, and Security for the AUKUS Programme.
