About the role

You will_

  • Work within our CRM, CMS and MySQL databases to analyse, clean and validate viewer data.
  • Act as a gatekeeper to our services, assisting in the day to day management of our user registration system and assess user suitability.
  • Use our Kan-Ban style project management system, ensuring that the progress of work is kept up to date and fully documented.
  • Act as a first point of contact for the team, handling stakeholder queries and translating these into actionable tickets for our analysts to review.
  • Manage the monthly reporting schedules and requirements.
  • Take care of our BAU reporting requirements, ensuring reports are created and distributed in a timely manner.

Essential skills_

  • 1 year experience in a similar role or a recent graduate of a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with using CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce etc.
  • A high level of numeracy and attention to detail.
  • A highly organised approach to your work.
  • Impeccable internet research skills and desire to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.

  • Basic understanding or awareness of RDBMS' such as MySQL.

Interview process

  • First stage telephone interview.
  • Skills test to be completed in your own time. Approximately 1hr.
  • Second stage interview and skills test review with the head of department.

Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
