A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a Chester based company.
They are looking for someone with a track record of delivering results to a high standard, in a fast-paced environment.
The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible in the day-to-day management of the team, leading the Customer Service team in delivering a first-rate service, whilst embedding new working practices.
As part of the role, you will train new processes and procedures which will provide positive client outcomes and customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Delivering a quality service to company standards.
- Be aware of a multitude of potential Risks and taking appropriate action to mitigate these whilst adhering to policies.
- Promote process changes and deliver excellent customer service within a stable and efficient processing environment.
- Safeguard service performance and quality control through effective performance measures.
- Manage the teams through formal and informal performance and development reviews to ensure the achievement of business plans.
- Produceand assess management information to monitor performance. Identifying trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Creating a diverse and inclusive culture where employees thrive and develop.
- Deal with client complaints through to resolution, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and root cause analysis mitigates future occurrences.
About You
- A successful track record in a leadership role.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to the team.
- A handson approach during the development stage of the business.
- Financial services experience is preferable.
