A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a Chester based company.

They are looking for someone with a track record of delivering results to a high standard, in a fast-paced environment.


The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible in the day-to-day management of the team, leading the Customer Service team in delivering a first-rate service, whilst embedding new working practices.

As part of the role, you will train new processes and procedures which will provide positive client outcomes and customer journey.


Responsibilities

  • Delivering a quality service to company standards.
  • Be aware of a multitude of potential Risks and taking appropriate action to mitigate these whilst adhering to policies.
  • Promote process changes and deliver excellent customer service within a stable and efficient processing environment.
  • Safeguard service performance and quality control through effective performance measures.
  • Manage the teams through formal and informal performance and development reviews to ensure the achievement of business plans.
  • Produceand assess management information to monitor performance. Identifying trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Creating a diverse and inclusive culture where employees thrive and develop.
  • Deal with client complaints through to resolution, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and root cause analysis mitigates future occurrences.

About You

  • A successful track record in a leadership role.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to the team.
  • A handson approach during the development stage of the business.
  • Financial services experience is preferable.
