Part time Lettings Manager vacancy within highly sought-after Somerset based independent estate agency with superb reputation in the industry and OTE in the region of £25-26,000 per annum pro rata.


The role will involve:

  • Overseeing office systems and compliance to include GDPR regulations
  • Registering new tenants and landlords
  • Organising and carrying out viewings and valuations
  • Passing property management issues to the relevant department
  • Some lettings administration
  • Business development including working closely with the sales team to gain possible new instructions
We are looking for an organised and well-presented person with excellent admin and IT skills and their own car. An ARLA qualification would be preferred but not essential as the company will put you through training and qualifications. An excellent opportunitywith great career prospects with a company that likes to promote from within. This is a rare opportunity to work in a senior position on a part time basis. Hours Monday, Wednesday & Fridays pm and one in three Saturdays 9-1pm.

On target earnings in the region of £25-26,000 pa pro rata plus benefits and the chance to work for a fantastic company with an excellent reputation across the South West.
