THE OPPORTUNITY

A Corporate Insolvency Associate opportunity has arisen within the Manchester Restructuring team, offering exposure to a wide range of formal Insolvency and Advisory projects focused on the Restructuring and Turnaround of distressed businesses.

As an Associate your duties and responsibilities will include:

Working on a range of cases including Trading Administrations, large multi-site Liquidations and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVA's)
Handling cases from initial instruction through to closure
Assisting Managers and Directors in trading businesses and handling accelerated M&A / Sale processes

THE PERSON
You will be a Corporate Insolvency Professional able to meet the following criteria:

Experience of formal Insolvency cases including Liquidations and Administrations
A background within Insolvency, Accountancy or Banking / Lending
Possibly CPI Qualified or AAT Qualified (not essential)
