Senior Receptionist - London, United Kingdom - LK People Limited

Our client, an amazing investment company in Mayfair are currently looking to hire a senior Receptionist. You'll be joining a friendly and a professional team working to support a beautiful office environment.Working hours - Monday to Friday
8am to 5pm.
Basic salary for this role will be
£35,000 - £38,000,depending on experience, plus exceptional benefits. Initial period of temping would be on a rate of £ ph plus holiday pay in addition.
Duties to include.
- Meet and greet clients / guests and escort them to meeting or waiting rooms
- Offer refreshments to clients / guests
- Answer telephone, take messages
- Ensure Reception area is always kept clean and tidy
- Ensure Social Area is always kept clean and tidy
- Manage and log guest passes
- Book taxis and restaurants as requested
- Make hotel reservations upon request
- Order weekly groceries
- Order kitchen and office supplies
- Complete morning kitchen checks, replenishing stock where necessary
- Organise and distribute office post
- Booking meeting rooms and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared beforehand and cleared after
- Provide support during internal / external events
We are looking for someone with a flair for providing first class customer service on Reception with excellent previous senior-level reception experience gained within a corporate environment.
