Our client, reputable estate agency has a very exciting opportunity for a Lettings Property Manager in Bournemouth area. This is a great opportunity for the right person to be part of a small, passionate, and enthusiastic team.
You will be part of Bournemouth office looking after the letting of over 500 properties with a 30 years of tradition.
As the Lettings Property Manager, you will be expected to:- Carry out viewings on rental properties
- Negotiate terms of a rental with tenants
- Carry Out Check Out and Move in Inventories
- Keep files up to date and compliant
- Maintain regular contact with landlords, who have property on the market with DMW Property Services
- Deal with Property Maintenance
- Actively looking for tenants for properties on the market
- Answer phone calls, dealing with walk in enquiries, arranging viewings and conducting feedback for landlords/vendors
You must have excellent customer service skills and whilst some knowledge of the Lettings industry is desirable, it is not essential as full training can be provided for the right person.
This is a full-time role which also includes working one in three Saturdays (usually 9am to 1pm).As well as working with a very friendly team and a comprehensive induction process, we offer:
