Lanam Healthcare supports adults who have a variety of physical, mental health support needs as well as Dementia. We are looking for dynamic Senior Care Assistants to complement our current team in delivering person centred care.

Care assistants that are looking for their next step in your career will be considered.


Your Responsibilities will include:
*Providing excellent care and support to our residents
- ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with current standards

*Creating and carrying out person centred care plans

*Offering a safe, caring stable environment to the people we support

*Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines

*Working in partnership with the manager to ensure the smooth running of the home

*Support, guide and mentor other members of your team

  • SVQ3 or equivalent. or wiling to work towards SVQ3

Salary:
£11.50-£12.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • NVQ/SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
