Currently we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to provide support to the Accounts Department.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Processing purchase invoices against orders.
  • Matching purchase invoices to receipts from goods inwards
  • Inputting invoices onto monthly daybooks in excel.
  • Assisting and managing biweekly payment runs.
  • Producing and sending remittances.
  • Entering transactions onto ledger spreadsheets.

Job requirements:


  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and the ability to work accurately and methodically.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Full time position.
  • Hours are based on a 40hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working.
