Maintenance Operative Location - Central Bristol Contractual Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Salary - up to £35,000 per annum Contract - Permanent Who are we? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small family run property business undertaking repair activities predominantly within tenants homes.

What makes a successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Manager? You'll be an expert in resolving general domestic residential maintenance issues and will have the ability to carry out a variety of maintenance related tasks including carpentry, basic electrical tasks, and minor plumbing.

You will:

be the first point of contact with the tenant for all domestic residential property maintenance requirements have a positive attitude, be adaptable to a range of duties and keen to problem solve solve maintenance issues by using your hands-on skills and liaise with the relevant contractors for specific tasks carry out regular property inspections to ensure properties are kept to a high standard be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe living environment have the ability to determine cost effective solutions to repairs have the ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development hold a Full UK manual driving licence (company van and uniform provided) Your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with your colleagues, tenants and external contractors.
