Description
We are currently working with a Reigate based client who are working on market-leading software used by insurance firms around the world.
They are looking for an independent individual to join their team as an Application Support specialist working on their busy B2B support desk.
Within the role as Application Support Specialist you will be dealing with questions and problems from companies around the world.
You will be fully trained on their software to allow you to provide the best services to clients and to enable you to assist in the investigation and resolution of software-related problems.
Responsibilities will also include:
- Maintaining administration records of licence entitlements
- Meeting SLA response times
- Writing technical notes for support and assisting with system documentation
Skills Required:
- 23 years experience in a software support desk
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent customer service skills
This company are working on a hybrid basis of twice weekly visits in the office and offering a salary of between £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience.
