Acorn is looking for a Customer Service Account Advisor, no direct sales at all, as our client believes in the customer journey, cross selling goes hand in hand with what they do but putting the customer first is their first priority.

You will be provided with full training on the job and the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications to degree level paid for by the company.


About you:

  • You will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships
  • You have awesome problemsolving skills
  • You may currently be working in a customer care or admin role and are now looking for a career within account management, or have worked in hospitality and looking for a change
  • You don't need any previous experience as our client offers onsite training, workshops, coaching and will support you through industry qualifications
  • You will have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset
  • You will be ambitious and want to eventually progress up the ladder with support, encouragement and development programmes.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm and one sat morning a month which you can work from home on the Saturday after training
