Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for a new opportunity in Sale, Trafford?

I am currently recruiting for a primary school based in Sale area that are looking for a passionate and highly experienced support worker.

The role is due to start as soon as possible, and there is both long
- and short-term posts available within this school,whether you are looking for work for 2 days a week, 5 days a week, a year, or a month, we have roles available for you

With the long-term roles currently finishing at the end of the academic year, there is the potential that you will be asked to stay on for the next academic year if they feel you're a perfect fit for the role.

Within this role you will be working closely with 8 children who have ASD and struggle to learn in the school environment.

Therefore, a strong background with SEN children is essential and beneficial to this role.

However, you will have the support of 4 TeachingAssistant's meaning you can collaboratively work together as a team to ensure you provide your pupils with the upmost quality of teaching.

There are some planning commitments involved with this role.

As you'll be working with smaller classes, staff members are able to understand what learning strategies work best for each individual which also enables you to spend more time with an individual ensuring they are learning to the best of their ability.

Thesuccessful teacher will be patient, persistent and want to have a positive impact on these children's educational lives.
