The Role


Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic cleaner to work the nightshift at the sports village on a large university campus based in Hertfordshire.

The main responsibility of the cleaner is to ensure that the cleaning standards in theirareas of responsibility are maintained to the highest standards.

To provide excellent customer service and a prompt response to any additional tasks required

Shift Patterns as follows

  • 10:30pm to 5am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
  • 7pm to 1:30m on Saturdays
  • 9pm to 3:30am on Sundays

Duties/Key Responsibilities

To include, but not limited to:

  • Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping of floors
  • Washing, dusting and polishing of surfaces (walls, tables, desks etc)
  • Emptying of bins
  • Cleaning of toilets (including replenishing of stock)
  • Ensuring cleaning cupboard and equipment is kept clean and tidy
  • Stock control
  • Cover Supervisor duty of cleaning outdoor change on supervisor's day off

Skills Required:


  • Experience of working in similar role and use of cleaning machinery
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a flexible approach
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Good communication skills
