Our client is a growing public services provider based in LS15, with a rewarding people driven approach, and they are now looking to add an innovative HR Administrative Support to their wider team.

HR Administrative Support

£20,000-25,000 per annum DOE

Full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday, please note this position is fully office based.


The Role:

  • Provide all HR Administrative support as required to ensure the business meets all targets and remains compliant
  • Processing appointment of new starters, including compliance checks and proactive liaison with recruiting managers.
  • To be able to support staff with any questions or concerns they may have with sound understanding to give support and advice
  • Issuing of the most appropriate contracts for all staff
  • Process resignations and retirements.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Participate in all HR related events, such as job fairs etc
  • Be the primary contact for queries on the HR systems (PEERS) and ensure it is maintained
  • Assist in formal meetings, such as employee disciplinaries and grievances

Skills Required:

  • Ability to remain calm and perform well in a pressurised environment
  • Be selfaware: know your strengths and development needs and look for ways to develop
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple workloads
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to be a visible and approachable member of the team
