We offer a hybrid working option from our lovely offices in Worcester, working Monday - Friday (37.5 hrs/week) with core hours being 9am - 5pm.


Job Introduction:


Main Responsibilities:


Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your aligned area of the business, you will build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and Hiring Managers to provide a true partnership approach and recruitment solution.


Your role will continue to evolve but will include:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet client requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their organisational culture and strategic goals.
  • Utilise various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking and referrals to identify top talent.
You're a confident Recruiter ideally from the hospitality sector with either inhouse or agency experience. You have strong business relationship skills with the ability to overcome objections and challenges. Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency, you are able to manage multiple priorities whilst recruiting at volume.

You have a solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices, not only following them yourself but advising and supporting your Hiring Managers to do so also.

Experienced in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), you are computer savvy with excellent communication skills


Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a 360 Recruiter.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of various recruitment techniques and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong computer skills
