Bell Fire and Security is a dynamic and fast growing business and due to further expansion we are looking for an experienced office based telesales executive whose key role will be generating sales over the phone.
Your main job is to contact potential customers and offer products or service works on a range of fire and security systems.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Present and promote products or services over the phone
- Follow scripts and guidelines to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Keep detailed records of calls and customer information using CRM software
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information over the phone
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer data and track progress
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
