You will support our People team colleagues and the wider business with change requests and issue resolution, being the escalation point for more complex queries and raising with third party suppliers as needed.

  • With a focus on the future and continuous improvement, you'll seek out new and improved ways of working in line with the iTrent roadmap, identifying efficiencies and ways we can adopt new functionality to enhance existing processes whilst balancing the need for appropriate security, access and segregation of duties in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are imperative in this role as is the ability to prioritise workload against multiple competing deadlines.

Our pension scheme is one of the most valuable benefits we offer, as our staff can become members of the Alpha Pension Scheme where the Library contributes a minimum of 26.6% (this may be higher dependant on grade. Another significant benefit the Library provides is the provision of a flexible working hours scheme which could allow you to work your hours flexibly over the week and to take up to 5 days flexi leave in a 3 month period.
