Role Description
An Ignition Delivery - (Senior Manager) leads the design and delivery of client facing problem-solving events within Ignition across in person, virtual and hybrid formats, and the role will see the successful individual:
- Accelerate their personal development through working with senior C suite clients around their priority issues in an Ignition context
- Build strong facilitation, personal impact and stakeholder management skills through event design and delivery experiences
- Gain skills and experience in delivering collaboration methods in face to face, hybrid and virtual contexts
- Ensure Ignition is embedded effectively in key propositions within their capability area and driving maximum ROI
- Act as an Ignition champion and ambassador within the capability driving visibility and adoption of Ignition services
The role will be sponsored by a senior representative from each capability area with bi-monthly meetings held to discuss progress and support.
- Influencing challenging transformation engagements each team member is, in essence, working on a number of very accelerated transformation engagements (identify, design, build, deliver, review) at any one time
- Learn the Ignition approach and ways of working how to design and facilitate with impact/ presence with a senior audience develop your understanding of the design and facilitation methods and approach and how to put this into practice.
- Dynamic physical, virtual and hybrid environments learn to deliver in multiple modes of working and influence the continuous improvement of these
- Experience in high intensity, high stakes client scenarios
- Ignition experiences are typically triggered when senior clients need urgent/ critical help in solving issues this means the stakes are high for the client and for KPMG and the route to the 'answer' is often challenging; this role will therefore enable the development of influencing skills and an ability to deliver high performance under pressure
- Making a tangible impact in your capability embedding Ignition within key propositions and offerings in your capability area and demystifying/ promoting Ignition with your capability colleagues
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop executive level client sponsor relationships throughout the sales/delivery lifecycle of Ignition services
- Act as an Ignition Lead Facilitator or expert Cofacilitator driving the design and facilitation of complex, high profile collaborative events and/ or sprints in physical, virtual and hybrid formats
