We have an amazing opportunity for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at an insurance company based within one of the most iconic buildings in the city

The Hospitality Assistant's main responsibility is to assist in the provision of excellent catering services for all our customers, meeting the specifications and expectations of anyone using the sites brokers lounge and hospitality meeting space.

Some key responsibilities will be:

To cooperate with all catering and reception staff and undertake such duties in the kitchen/service areas as requested that are necessary to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered.
To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
To assist with food preparation as required including breakfast items, sandwich, salad and finger food preparation.
To lay out brokers lounge and meeting rooms as required for service.
To prepare and deliver coffee and hospitality trays when required.
To assist in stocktaking as required.
To ensure stock, deliveries and wastage are all checked and recorded in line with company and food standards.
To clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen, and service areas in accordance with cleaning schedules.
To adhere to the company's food hygiene, health and safety and environmental policies.
To act as a positive ambassador for the business.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week Mon - Fri

Salary:
£27,000
