What you will be doing?


We are looking for an experienced
Finance Leader, with FP&A experience, who can bring a strategic, business insight led mindset to performance management along with the energy to to lead and engage a team and peers to deliver step change improvements to help drive business performance.

You will continuously seek opportunities to add value to the business and the wider finance team.


You will be responsible for managing he core budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes and deliver outputs that are efficient, insightful and help understand and drive business performance.

Your role will encompass

  • Work closely with the Divisional Finance Director as part of their leadership team, leading the delivery of significant improvements in efficiency and quality of financial planning and reporting processes.
  • Owning and managing relationships with finance functions across the company to support achievement of corporate, divisional and functional objectives.
  • Responsibility for leading the delivery of the financial planning and reporting processes to time and quality.
  • Understanding and communicating clear understanding of individual business areas' financial plans and performance including costs drivers, KPIs and outcomes expected.
  • Regularly influencing and presenting to senior finance and operational leadership teams.
  • Maintain strong working relationship with finance teams across the business including Corporate Finance, Business Planning and the wider FP&A and Business Partner community to ensure strong engagement and alignment on planning, forecasting and performance delivery and improvements.

What you will bring to the role?
A qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA or CIMA

Experience in FP&A function with a proven track record in 'adding value'

An experienced finance leader with excellent collaboration, influencing, people leadership and communication skills

A passion for improving business process and adding value, backed up with a track record of delivery.

Excellent communications skills - able to present financial analysis and insight to all levels from operational leaders to Company Executive

An ambitious high achiever, who can set high goals for self and team

HFM experience preferable

As part of your role, you'll be required to participate in a rota to provide Customer Incident Support, as requested by the Company from time to time.

This may be by supporting our customers on the frontline as an Ambassador or being part of the team managing the incident as a Control Tower Lead.
