WHAT TO EXPECT

In this role, you will leverage your analytical prowess to steer the Senior Leadership and Management Teams towards augmenting departmental performance in alignment with the organization's objectives.

You will also play a pivotal role in elevating Indirect Procurement through progressive solutions such as benchmarking and advancing the technology roadmap.

As our Subject Matter Expert on category performance, measurement and delivery you will have the reins on delivering our future digital tools for the growth of the department and transformative opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Data analysis and interpretation for performance reporting.
Accountable for producing presentation templates & ensuring the smooth running of category deepdives.
Visual management suite updates and creating and delivering proposals to improve the current ways of working.
Reporting of the monthly scorecard to the Director & wider Procurement function.
Champion the use of, and provide training on the current cost savings database and provide reports accordingly.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Essential:

Strong analytical experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) to drive business decisions.
Advanced MS Excel skills & strong skills in MS Office, Tableau and SharePoint.
Leading collaboration initiatives and cross functional team working.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with strong business and financial acumen.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, to be able to confidently represent the team in crossfunctional forums.
Proven ability to manage, analyse and interpret data for reporting purposes.
