Description

Lanes Infrastructure are one of the UK's fastest growing telecoms infrastructure provider, with a projected turnover in excess of £100 million, over 900 people and a network work branches across London & the South-East of England.

Civil operatives oversee the planning and execution of all operations within their site. Provide new installation of duct chambers and cabinets.

Responsibilities:

Accomplish delivery objectives by ensuring site is set up to regulatory and contractual standards.
Ensure Point of Work Risk Assessments are completed at each site attended and all operatives and/or site visitors are signed onto the risk assessment.
Complete appropriate daily prestart documentation.
Dig track work to a good standard.
Ensure all works images are captured on company supplied assets.
Correct usage of all tools, plant and equipment and be responsible for any assets assigned to them.
When excavating complete full cable avoidance survey and correctly mark any services prior to excavation; o Asset plan referral, permit to break ground, CAT & Genny survey, visual survey.
Report any delivery issues to supervision.
Ensure production targets are met.
