This is an amazing opportunity to join our People Function, as an
Internal Recruiter / Resourcer. You will provide pro-active and professional in-house recruitment support to the hiring managers within your regional area. This role will be predominantly office based, although some home working can be included.

This is a part time position working 22.5 hours per week, over 3 days.

You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment activity for our Retail Centres and support functions.

This will involve managing various recruitment activities including; advertising vacancies, screening applicants, telephone interviewing, directly sourcing passive talent, running assessment campaigns, essentially the full 360° recruitment cycle alongside building trusted and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the end to end recruitment cycle from identification of the role, through to onboarding
  • Advertising vacancies using our HR system and social media platfoms
  • Providing ongoing support to senior stakeholders throughout the process, advising of best practice
  • Managing a range of recruitment activities including; CV sifting, telephone interviewing, assessment centres, open evenings, etc
  • Working in partnership with agencies when required
  • Actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment
  • Previous recruitment experience, either inhouse or for an agency
  • Understanding of headhunting and talent pooling
  • Experience of working with an ATS or HR system will be beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; confident in dealing with the full range of business users, via multiple communication channels
  • Extremely organised, selfmotivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
