Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Financial Crime Investigator - The post holder will be required to conduct financial investigations and to play a leading role in the work of the Economic Crime Team (ECT).

This role does support agile working.


In this role you will co-ordinate the work of the ECT through administering the research, analysis and presentation of evidence, information and intelligence concerning persons and organisations under investigation regarding drugs and crime.

You will carry out financial investigations by identifying, tracing and quantifying assets and assessing the benefit from drug trafficking and other criminal activity.

You will liaise with colleagues, other police and law enforcement agencies, regulators, financial institutions and other bodies so as to promote the free flow of information and intelligence.

Salary:
£32,409.00-£35,223.00 per year
