Description
Experience of working in a customer-orientated environment is essential.

Previous experience of providing student ICT support in academic environment would be an advantage but not essential, as training will be given.


Equally important are the abilities to work as part of a team, to use your initiative and ability to work systematically, follow procedures, and take care in maintaining records and pay attention to detail.

You should be prepared to learn new skills, especially in the area of new technology. A First Aid qualification (or the willingness to be trained as a First Aider) would be desirable.
