Description
This is a full time, interim post based in the office in Liverpool.

The position is due to last for a fixed term period of 12 months and we are looking to appoint as soon as possible.

The role itself provides essential support to the organisation and willinvolve a wide range of duties and tasks on a day to day basis

Description
The core day to day responsibilities for the interim Accounts Manager will include;

  • Monitoring transactions (Accounts Payable and Receivable)
  • Processing payroll
  • Monthly journals
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Allocating payments
  • Cash flow monitoring
  • Credit Control
  • Profit and Loss/Variance analysis
  • Supplier statement reconciliations

Profile

  • Confidant managing your own workload
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy
  • Organisation skills
  • SAGE systems experience desirable
  • Proven track record in a similar position
