Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)?
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team at Always Flourishing.

This role provides a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with diverse learning requirements.

SEN Teaching Assistant


Location:
High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire


Contract Type:
Permanent, Term-Time Only


Start Date:
Immediate


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with class teachers to provide individualized support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in implementing personalized learning plans and accommodations.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Support students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists.

Requirements:


  • Experience working with children with SEN (either in a school setting or other relevant context).
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with teachers, parents, and external specialists.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of students.
  • A commitment to promoting the wellbeing and progress of SEN students.
