Description

The Trainee Improvement Fellowship is an innovative position for trainees with an interest in educational delivery, quality improvement and NHS leadership.


The trainees will work with the Senior Leadership team within NHS England Thames Valley (NHSE TV) to identify and lead on Quality Improvement work targeted at the broad area of simulation training within the region.

The trainee will play an important role in enhancing links and improving engagement between trainees and senior clinical leaders within NHSE TV.


In addition, the trainee will report quarterly on their activity to the Trainee Advisory Committee and will work with the incumbent Chair to identify and develop work of benefit to the wider trainee body.


The post will require commitment of up to 40% WTE to the fellowship role with the remaining time to be devoted to clinical work within the parent speciality.

Less than full time trainees (LTFT) are also encouraged to apply.
