Admin Support Post - Band 3

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (flexible).


Location:
Brooklands Hospital (Brian Oliver Centre) Coleshill Road, Marston Green

We have a exciting opportunity to recruit a Band 3 Admin Support to work with the Male Forensic Team.


Please note many Trust interviews take place through Microsoft Teams, this can be downloaded either through the App Store or Google Play for use on your phone/tablet.


The post holder will play an important role within the wider Admin Team at Brooklands to provide efficient and comprehensive administration support to clinicians and managers.

You will work within an integrated and skill mixed Admin Team across the building to support clinical service delivery. Band 3 Admin Support are vital members of the team providing for example secretarial support to clinicians and managers.

The post holder must have a good standard of education English and Maths, essential qualifications RSA/OCR III Word Processing, NVQ 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent) and previous clerical and secretarial experience are essential for this position.

Previous experience of working in the NHS and Learning Disabilities setting and knowledge of the Trust's computer information systems would be desirable.
