About Us:


Main Responsibilities:


  • Providing sales support for our End User sales team
  • Processing customer orders
  • Responding to customer RMA requests and working with both customer and RMA department
  • Inputting data into our internal CRM system
  • Handling incoming End User telephone enquiries and assigning these to relevant
Account Manager once qualified

  • Updating internal KPI spreadsheets
  • General Administration
  • Export control checks
  • Speaking with couriers to get updates and resolve issues with exports and imports

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Clear, confident and effective communicator, both orally and written
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and cope with high volumes of work
  • Previous experience of working with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Ability to work in a methodical and accurate manner
  • A positive attitude
  • A basic knowledge or interest in IT hardware would be beneficial
  • Previous office based experience would be desirable

Salary and working package

  • OTE of £25,000 per annum
  • 23 days holiday +1 per year served up to 2 Cycle to work scheme
