building relationships with line managers and key stakeholders? Are you looking for a busy and varied role which will be focused on
providing advice and guidance on the whole employee lifecycle? This HR Advisor role offers
hybrid working and is paying up to £33,000 per annum.

As the HR Advisor, you will be:

Providing a full advisory service throughout the employee lifecycle
Completing and supporting investigations, hearings and processes for ER issues
Building strong relationships with line managers
Delivering new starter inductions

You may have experience working in any of the following: Employee Relations Advisor, HR Helpdesk, Personnel, People Advisor, Human Resources Assistant, HR Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, Personnel Administrator.

You may also have studied for your CIPD Level 3 upwards.
