You have relevant consulting experience with a top-tier management consulting firm and strong client management and executive-level communication skills

AWM serves client groups globally through two businesses:

The Asset Management (AM) business serves institutional and retail clients
The Global Private Bank (GPB) business serves high net worth and ultrahigh net worth clients

Job responsibilities

Performing competitive and market sizing analyses, including profiling competitors' offerings / strategies and identifying factors driving growth or change in industry structure
Identifying and developing growth strategies, based on identifying customer segments, buying behaviors, and customer value propositions
Modeling business decisions, determining cost structures / drivers, and assessing financial impacts
Defining operating models and addressing related organizational design and client coverage segments
Managing or facilitating interLOB or intraLOB initiatives
Driving development of key leadership communication and strategy materials (including for Investor Day and annual Operating Committee offsites)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

A hypothesisdriven mindset, combined with strong business intuition, creativity and tenacity, to develop business insights
Strong quantitative skills, particularly designing complex models in Excel
Ability to build consultative relationships with senior management, becoming a trusted partner
Ability to prepare clear and concise, welldesigned presentations in Powerpoint
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills; prior experience presenting to senior management
Exceptional interpersonal leadership and influencing skills, and ability to achieve goals without direct control over resources

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Financial services background (especially asset & wealth management) preferred, but not mandatory
Relevant experience in consulting with a toptier management consulting firm or an internal consulting / corporate strategy team, or equivalent experience in asset & wealth management industry
Quantitative background preferred but not required
