An international broadcasting company are looking for a super friendly and proactive Receptionist to join their lovely offices based in London.

If you have any previous experience working at a busy front of house desk for a large organisation, and looking for an exciting new opportunity, then this is the role for you

As Receptionist your role will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all visitors and guests
  • Ordering office supplies for the organisation, keeping and maintaining stationery via the reception desk
  • Booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings
  • Coordinating deliveries and couriers, distributing the post as required
  • Ensuring access passes, signing guests in and out and issuing visitor passes as necessary
  • Arrange travel when required
What makes a great Receptionist?

  • The ability to work alone and remain selfmotivated
  • Good organisational skills and an efficient and confident manner
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel packages.
  • Be familiar with telephone software packages
  • General understanding of Health and Safety
