Front Office BA/PM (Rates)

Type - Perm

Salary - £100,000 to £110,000 + Competitive benefits package

Location - London (2x a week in office)
Looking for a
FO BA/PM to support a global Macro change team.

  • Experience working in BA/PM, Middle Office, Business Management, Product Development or Operations in a Global Markets setting
-
Demonstrable industry experience from Investment Banking/Markets and specifically Macro/Rates:

  • Passionate, energetic, driven, motivated and resilient
  • Project/Programme management and Change Delivery experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills / business analysis
  • Macro business experience gained in a previous change, business management or middle office role

Macro product experience across Cash and Derivatives (Bonds, IR Swaps, Futures, Total Return Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, Inflation trading and Structured Financing):

  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills

Project experience around new product rollouts, electronic trading, strategic systems enhancements (desirable)
