Helpdesk Administrator -Facilities Management - Slough, Berkshire
Your new employer is a well-established Facilities Maintenance company who have a high-profile portfolio of commercial contracts in and around the London area and have 35 years' experience within the Facilities Management industry.
They are looking for an experienced Administrator to work at the Head Office, in Slough, and support their friendly engineering operations team.
Your New Role:
- Operation of the client booking system
- Day to day liaison and updates with management team
- Liaison and organisational assistance to the engineering team
- Day to day coordination of supply partner activity
- Ensuring that SLA and KPI's are exceeded through effective management of the booking system and available and external customers through effective communication reports
- Positively respond to both our internal
- Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard
- Actively participate in a diverse and effective team
What you'll get in return:
- £26,000.00 Per Annum
